RE:RE:newbie again
Hello Chuck et al......just some thoughys and observations...

The political oil price squeeze on Russia is a wildcard right now, for sure. How it will play out in the short run - I have no idea. However, you are right chuck....the Russians will squeeze Europe but for only a short while.....they need Euro petro bucks to keep thier economy propped up. We have to keep in mind that 3 billion US$ a week is fleeing Russia, primarily to Swiss banks. They don't have Cypriot banks anymore - so the Swiss are recieving US$ from Russia - -hence the strength of the US$ and the crumbling Russian ruble. (the Russians are converting rubles to $). Further, a lot of that money is fleeing into the Dow and S&P 500 - that is one of the reasons the stock markets in the USA refuse to correct down the 10-12% that has long been anticipated.......Russian cash is flowing in - and European cash as well I might add. If Canada plays its cards right it could be a great opportunity to send our oil and gas to Europe....

all the best,
Billy
