I have no doubt KMDC wants this deal to go through I believe that looks fairly obvious. What concerned me was how they can't get the money yet. With a seperate entity having access to the money and not releasing it yet says something. Either yes it is a slow process over there or they might not get approved for the money. Politics stopped them from getting money on the Myanmar deal so obviously its happened before to them.
