rosneft has over 50 billion in debt they need to rollover from buying out bp and the oligarchs...they have already asked for a bailout...also rosneft nevewr wanted solimoes they inherited it...hrt wants a 100% carry on nam...every duster is a nail in the coffin for nam....nam is 1-2 dusters away from the dustbin of history like in the 1070's

Only hope for hrt now is increase production in polvo....or I have to ask The Lord for help again...
thats how bad this p.o.s is when only devine intervention can turn things around.
