In case of a takeover by Osisko

If the drilling results are very good,the share price will go up for sure.Than,Osisko will have to pay a much higher price to buy Niogold.By exemple:let say NOX annonced 1 millions onces more and the SP goes to $0.60 . It will cost them more because of the new value of NOX.
I suspect that,if a takeover are in Osisko's cards.They will do it soon.Any comments?
