great deal for EWS

great deal for EWSI have been following and holding shares of this one for a few months. it has great technology. I saw its video how to process tires and produce carbon black I was astonished. But the company is too small for the technology. if it's some technology that is owned by some billion valuation company it will be much easier to commercialize.

now A C simonds is going to take it over. from what I have learned ACS is a great company and bankers are all over it. Rumor said it's going to be listed on Nasdaq soon. in it's all 96 years history, 1932 and 1933 were only loss year in companies history. I love this kind of tracking record.

The great management team acquire a great technology could bring us great fortune. I will wait until the deal close and see how it works.

about the 20 million shares it's not something you and I can get. it's like a bonus to those powerful people. I don't really think those guys will swap for a 20% flip. they are looking for 10 bags. the major sell force should be from those who doesn't have faith for the technology and some impatient traders.
