I hope so, but this deal will close, so, it shouldn't, but I will buy if it does.  We'll see tomorrow.  Didn't get my $0.38's to average down when I didn't think it would go there anyway.  We'll see tomorrow.  Frankly, I think we will see more detail next week on the issues and the company should be all over this right now so the can calm the market.
