RE:oilYup, I agree and they have already been through this property a billion times it seems and everyone gets it.  Even Exxon.  The way I see it, if this deal doesn't happen, which it will IMHO, then there will be other suiters to take its place.  Yes, the SP will dump if it doesn't, but just back up once all interested parties know its available again..  JMHO.
