Ya we all know that Cenoves has a partnership with Conoco and these are the old Petrovera heavy oil assets that are in play. I have also heard from a friend of mine how Exxon is diluting and shipping its bitumen. My question is the upgrading the bottle neck at syncrude or is it their ability to create bitumen. What happens to the bitumen when they produce more then they can upgrade, and should we be shipping it when we have the prolonged coker outages and emission problems. Some money is better then NONE. We have been running below 70 percent of capacity quite a bit lately, what do we do simply slow down the creation of bitumen.
