RE:RE:Taseko arranges all-share takeover of Curis ResourcesWe'll 1.05 for shareholders who bought at the ipo at $2 this is not favorable. Also timing seems suspicious with eminent approval of EPA and Adeq appeal decision less than 30 days.  With EPA permit would be considerably derisked that's why Taesko is stealing it for 1.05.  Should be at least 1.50 to1.60 for buyout. Taesko is never going to get approval for New Prosperity mine after the ploy disaster in BC. As a shareholder I will vote against it. Funny how they held the share price down yesterday with 200k block and today there is no volume. I wonder what Fulp thinks of this. I hope they get EPA approval before the October 2014 vote then Teasko will have to pay a higher premium for it.
