Agreed. Your logic tends to get skewed when you invest in a company because you believe it will go much higher hence why you are investing in it. I only bought it for the JV money coming in I never read the sedar reports. However about midway through August I went over them all as I believed POP was getting in an overbought range and wasnt impressed with their success rate over the past 3-4 years and felt uneasy about the stock. I felt uneasy when we approached 80 cents and had decided to sell first week of September after the PP closed. Obviously a day late and 10s of thousands less lol. Even if the deal didn't work POP still would make a profit regardless so that is a good feature of the JV. But ya I don't see how the Koreans really can get their $ back from those initial wells after seeing previous wells drilled being duds and shut down. The sedar reports are a definite eye opener if you take the time to read them. I always felt KMDC and POP would acquire new lands or other things with the money but judging on previous wells drilled I can't see them enacting the 2nd phase of the PP because the first phase doesnt look like it can be profitable for KMDC. This is all from public records and is the proven history of the companys previous wells and JV like with ARC. Hopefully there are bigger plans ahead which we aren't privy to but honesty this isn't a great deal for KMDC but is a hell of a deal for POP. 

Who knows though anything can happen ! I may be proven wrong or right nobody knows what will happen in the future including management and KMDC themselves if these wells are drilled so GLTA ! We like the excitement on the TSXV I guess that's why we are all here :)
