Its just 1 or 2 years to early for a buyout.

Belek and his team are excellent geologists but with this deal they are showing that they are idiots that they are selling so soon. In 1 year they could get atleast the double from the price from today.
On the next company from Belek, you must wait to buy until the first hype from the person is over and only buy after the first 1 or 2 years when the price is low. It's an excellent man but no good business, or he is something knowing what the shareholders are not knowing in the moment.
To sell at this point is just stupid.
