The sad reality is that it was the "institutional" investors that took this stock down from $5.40 to $4.50.  They control way too much capital, and have the ability to move markets based on their usually "knee-jerk", and often uneducated whims.

I can only thank these mindless "professionals" for the buying opportunity on this very high quality stock, and re-iterate my top three rules of investing:

1)  Never buy a mutual fund or ETF

2)  Never buy a mutual fund or ETF

3)  If in doubt, refer to rule 1) or 2) for guidance
