Rtk insiders are scam artists?

Rtk insiders are scam artists?So last month the stock falls off a cliff on no news.  Then news comes out that they have production issues.

3 days ago the stock finally pops off of 3 bucks and goes to 3.20 before settling lower.  Now we have great news out today that was probably probably written, you guessed it, 3 days ago!

do these guys have any internal controls on insider trading?  Is the tsx looking at this?  Are company insiders in on this or are they completely aloof?
