RE:NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Though the extension did cast a shadow of intent both on the company and markets this response by the KMDC WAS necessary to stop the wonderment and resulting trade, along with those in better understanding perhaps tree shaking as a few posters have speculated... Now the $1mil good faith gesture to extend the deal closure helps but lets see if they "belly up" with the funds on the dates mentioned between now and Oct 7th...
