Good faith gesture? To be more precise: KMDC has yet to walk the talk. The NR said: "KMDC is prepared to $500,000 on Sept. 19 and an additional $500,000 on Sept. 26". In other words KMDC is prepared to pay $1M out of the $4-million private placement for which it is responsible.
