Summary (from last analysis - 09/04/2014)

Sacre-Coeur Minerals is appears to be bankrupt. All of their BOD resigned in September 2014. This is a sad situation for shareholders. Their current FD market cap is only $1 million, yet they could begin production of 40,000 oz in 2015 with financing. Their project has a 95% IRR at $1300 gold, which is incredibly economic. The projected cash costs are only $400 per oz, although they have another $100 in royalties. The cash flow from that mine will provide them with exploration money for their two large properties (225,000 acres) in Guyana (Million Mountain and Northwest Block). The capex for their first mine is only $30 million, however they are out of cash and have $6 million in debt.

This is what I wrote before they ran into financial issues:

If it wasn’t for their financing and debt challenges, this would be an easy investment decision. Sacre-coeur looks like a good speculation stock, but the risk is very high. If they can get financing to produce to 40,000 oz, this stock could do really well. I don’t like their debt without any cash flow and capex financing challenges, but with their tiny $4 million FD market cap they do have 50 bagger potential.
