RE:RE:Commercial production rate impactThere are 2 problems they have got themselves into. Firstly, quite a bit of the inventory they had in Q2 had been pre-sold, so though they can ship those orders there is no cash coming in from those sales because the cash was received months ago. Secondly, September and October are the peak of the spring season when all the fertilizer they have can be sold. As we get further into the fourth quarter the season starts to ebb and they then produce for inventory. Without adequate cash they risk having to slow production again as they build inventory for next year's season.
These guys are not out of the woods yet, even if they declare the plant commercial. What I find so surprising is that those insiders who bought over $3 million of new shares in April did not foresee the cash crunch which wrecked this year's effort. By now they have lost around 75% of their investment. If they don't watch out the final 25% will be gone, too.
