Where's the price going?Typically Canam's quaterly results increase greatly from Q1 thru Q4, drop again in the new Q1 and repeat the same pattern for the new year. Q2 was not as expected, as they only earned $0.11.
Q3 & Q4 are expected to be well over $0.30 each per quarter.
Backlog is huge, more than 1 year sales and industry selling prices are rising. At today's prices, stock is a pretty good buy. The price usuallystarts to go up before quarterly results, which in the case would be late October. This could be a good buying opportunity starting now. The 5 analysts following this stock have it as a moderate to strong buy with target prices between $13 & $17 with an avg of $15.70.
I don't usually put much weight into analysts but I think they'll be close on this one.
