MensplusHere are the latest short numbers for ANY on TSX Venture as of August/31/2014. My comment regarding the shorts would be if they and you are wrong on ANY's fundamentals and its potential then they pay the piper and it could be in a very big way as in how about a career ender. You and I both know they have pulled every trick in the book from the short side be it declared or undeclared short sales (ANY in the US and Canada and OVRL) as well as their multiple hit articles co-ordinated with selling pressure on the days these articles were released. That is their perogative based upon their own reasoning and due diligence. I know some of these players and they have very big egos and I question the amount of risk they have assumed if they are wrong. If they are right it could be a big payday. You know where I stand on ANYand I base it my own due diligence and networks who know this industry much better than the shorts and their co-horts out of Toronto. I am still firmly onside with ANY's potential and believe the best is yet to come in the remainder of 2014 and beyond. Todays trading is what it is. The OVRL deal will be closing soon so we can all move on . IMO This is just the CDN short number and does not include Nasdaq so they are probably somewhere between 2.8 to 3 million shares short. If I was a brokerage firm big or small and had these guys as clients I would want to make absolutely sure that they could cover their margin requirements if the trade goes against them. IMO Time will tell and I believe it will be sooner than later. Regards
