Problemis; if they don't, they won't want to hear my voice on the other end of the phone if they do not get a permit and get all of the natives on board. At this point, I would settle for selling our 300million shares to the natives. I some how suspect the tax payers would give them the 75 million, and then they would get permits. They obviously have more clout than Anglo Saxons like me.
