Just like any other bank who does online trading.. If anything RBC has a good take on the target price of companies..It doesn't have to a company who cover's ESP. Any analyst from any company can give a view on a company and an opinion. They are in the range of any other analyst that may cover ESP.. They just think it is worth a bit more on just it's spec alone when you do the research. Whether an investor does their DD or gets insights from their trading and gets a little help does not hurt if they think they are making a sound investment.

Technically ESP is not a micro cap.. Those are the ones that trade in ...0001 is a mirco cap. Every stock is speculative until they make their bones in the market. JMHO

Sure it is semantics in terms of what is "speculative". But you are betting here that they turn their IP into revenue down the road - so yes this is speculative, unless you want to define it differently.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. You said RBC has a target price and it in fact has no analyst covering ESP and so they do not issue a target price, so again I'm confused what you are talking about.
