Russia, Nigeria, and Iraq are all just potential threats, and there always seems to be threats. Global production (especially here in NA) is still up. Meanwhile consumption is stalled due to EU funk, slowing growth in Asia, and stubborn US recovery. I've been surprised energy prices have stayed as high as they did.
