Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. RE:RE:FinancingGlencore has about 33% of Polymet, has plenty $ to get to construction phase

Antofagosta has about 40% of Duluth Metals, but DM needs more $ to get to permitting stage 

let's just say for discussion PEA takes us past a double from here...about 1.30 Plus

that would allow the warrants to kick in..and be about 27 million dollars into the kitty

all fine and dandy to allow the drilling/ pre feas/ feas/ permits to be fulfilled

if not, we need those numbers....so we would need to caugh up 33% of this company in shares

either way it gets us to final permits/construction day/derisked completely

this is what the market needs to see...that this WILL be a mine.
