This "deal" is beyond immoral and unethical.  It is criminal.

Here's hoping the entire shareholder community of CYD has enough sense to vote a resounding and unanimous NO to this pickpocketing and throws the bums (board) including the heretofore apparently respectable Bebek out.  He has now shown his true colors.
