The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Similar.  When most of the gold newsletter analysts are out of the metal, or outright shorting it, who is left to sell?  

In the present case, some very deep pockets type people are believed by many to be manipulating the price lower, which would tend to trump this sort of contrary analysis, if true.  

Given the fact that interest rates are so low, actually negative when adjusted for inflation, it seems odd that gold isn't rallying.  It is just a matter of time before it does.
