RE:RE:yes madfatterThere is a new law heading for the law books H.R. 761 that mandates permit may be issued in 30 months It past the house now the senate will vote on it after the elections.
President Obama is in favor of this law to stimulate tax revenues. Many countries are hoarding PGMs for themselves.
The president ban six states from mining PGM for twenty years, this leaves Minnesota wide open for mining. The Dems and GOP all in favor of the new mining laws.
