arbitrage...and nothing more?

arbitrage...and nothing more?with no news the stock seems to have become the playground for arbitrage. volumes were quite strong in germany over the last days, but it's leading nowhere really...especially since many anonymous people in canada seem to be willing to sell below .40 and without limits.
yesterday it was at .48 and then within 1 day it get's crushed to .37...really frustrating to say the least
