RE:time to back up the truck?

At some point this becomes a buy, but that's one ugly chart. I don't think would be my next option though. The lost almost the same amount on a per share basis last quarter and the dividend is 2/3 TA. I'd probably add to CPX first with a P/E of 13 and nice div., or AQN before BLX.
