"really tight share structure"That is what C. Perry wrote a few days ago in regards to his interviewr with Marc Levy.

"Also compelling, Prescient Mining (CSE:C.PMC, Stock Forum). I had a long talk with CEO Mark Levy last week and liked what I heard.
