That road cost seems pretty reasonable. We have discussed the road quite a lot in the past, but in comparison there will be half a dozen other capital and operating costs greater than that.
Don't think the project will succeed or fail based on the road cost alone.
Nonetheless, PGD should still go hard and get the government to cough up some dough.
Gotta get some paranoia going and expand the north before the Russians take over. They planted a Russian flag on the bottom of the north pole using a nuclear submarine don't you know. How provocative was that.
We need roads for the US missile shield....yada yada yada, you get the idea. Fear is a great motivator.
