Why capping at 10c with 2.5m sh???
Why capping at 10c with 2.5m sh???Guess:
1) a signal saying "wait, not ready to run!“？This is especially necessary if worry about illegal insider trading from field personnel, and causing regulatory body warning. So, it is a good hint at this situation.
2) simply want to get out - but with so little liquidity, if you do want to sell so many shares, you have to either spread some "good news" to attract buyers or simply pour down or block trading at deep discount if you can find buyers.
3) anybody can tell me other scenario? Thanks for your input!
