Latest news does not seem to have made a difference

Latest news does not seem to have made a differenceI just found this and though others might be interested but it does not seem to have changed the volume.  https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ibc-advanced-alloys-delivers-first-131500965.html

I agree that disinterest may be part of the problem.  I agree that many people on the Vancouver exchange trade resources, that may be part of it.  But fear of a possible global down turn may have caused many who are ussually ready to take a risk to be a bit more catious.  I myself am holding a bit more cash than ussual and getting out of things quicker than ussual.  However,  with the way the world looks right now.  The remilitarising of multiple nations may play well for IB investors in the relative near future.
