A QuestionI asked a serious question no one bothered to reply, instead wasting time sparring with Kyrgz.
The question was about the expertise and the complicated rare earth extraction process; is that owned by Stans? Someone said it's livensed exclusively to Stans by the Russians, so which is correct?
