Back to the real world

Back to the real worldBeen a weekend of funerals for me. Old associates and family friends.
Thought I was in for some reprieve from the dead and dying but the RPL fiasco is front and center in this sector this morning.
Thankfully my small position was sold months ago, but I have placed a substancial garbage bid today.
Its tough to take advantage of someone elses disaster sale but that is sometimes what investing demands and the truth of the markets.
I am somewhat relieved that this is happening at this time as it is a good reminder to Directors in this sector for the need of continued financial dilegence and budgetary frugality.

Too fast too soon and blinded by the prize with a disregard for shareholders in RPL's case IMO.

Thankfully we at CRE have leadership that is not shy in acknowledging the value and respect they hold for its longtime and patient shareholders.

P.S.
Methinks good news soon and GLTUA
