In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

No need to add more explanation ! PTA's stock price is a crime. The company is so cheap it makes me feel I'm an idiot*
i think as you mentioned that the company sooner or later will be noticed by institutions and the stock should take the same path as CNE & PXT ! And that all might start after company update ( soon) and Octobers conference.
the warrants aren't an issue at all and it's ridiculous to even mention it !! As most of them will expire worthless. However my only concern is the blockade that's been goin on since mid July and how much will that affect production ?????
we need an update from management on that ?!!
You mentioned that you spoke with the CFO a few days ago, did he give you an update or an estimation an when will this issue will be resolved ?
