The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:Overhang....I believe that some smart funds and institutions are already eyeing PTA thanks to the SeekingAlpha Top Idea article.

The participation in 2 conferences in September and early October will dramatically help PTA too. This is why, the retail investors have to take a seat BEFORE the funds show up. This is not rocket science.

That blockade was temporary and such temporary problems happen in Colombia. Those who owned Colombian energy stocks in the past, do know it very well.

And this also applies to ALL the producing companies (PRE, CNE, PXT, GPRK, AMER, GTE, EC etc.) in Colombia, this is not a PTA issue. However, it is only PTA that remains so grossly undervalued compared to its aforementioned peers (pro forma the SRN deal).
