that's the way that i see it too mzsmith. i wouldn't really worry too much about people doing what they are doing--the ul is coming and i strongly believe that the desire to raise the funds is indicating it may be soon at hand! let's see how long hereafter it is disclosed--first we will have to see the financing closed (lol) when financials start coming and we keep improving there will be no way people should keep doing what they are--if they do we will be in trouble at retail and something really needs to get done to keep these people in line.
