In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Welcome to Petroamerica. I am longterm holder of this stock and for the most part very happy with my investment.  The only time I become impatient is when we are waiting for promised updates.  This to my mind has been a recurring issue.

The company as you have most likely read is very sound. Good reserves, cash balance, low debt and a great potential  The only problem is the valuation. I think most of us that have been here for a long time waiting for a proper valuation can see some light at the end of the tunnel.  That light has gotten brighter as we will most likely see a substantial increase in our production as we approach the end of 2014.  Another factor is the pending roll-back of the share count to a realistic level.
