No, that's not what it means. It would likely be that if GSFC were to default on their loan which is incredibly unlikely due to their very strong financial situation, these shares could be called on. However, can't see that happening, as GSFC is not going bankrupt. GSFC has not sold or disposed of shares according to INK insider report, therefore they still hold them. So your WOW is misplaced. The wow factor is however that at one time not that long ago, KRN shares were seen as valuable enough to be used as collateral. Ha ha. Just my opinion, good luck to all.
