The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. RE:You don't have any "facts" nor any material information!Art said very clearly at the AGM that XOP was not waiting on Exxon and was going to explore new avenues and opportunities.  To take advantage of the unique expertise that XOP has.  The Nigerian projects were discussed.  And Art was clear that no more monies were being spent to do them because it was expertise driven and XOP uniquely possessed that expertise.  Seems like a "fact" or "material information" when Art stands up at the AGM and responds to concerns about XOP having funds to operate and he tells shareholders that they are not looking at new opportunities that would require a lot of money.  Because the Nigerian work fit really neatly into what they knew how to do.

So why do we need more people draining the bank account now?  When nothing has been announced.  As well, why was Art telling us at the AGM that he was supposed to be given the drill date prior to the AGM but the Exxon representative had a personal matter so the meeting was delayed?  He made it sound like it was about to be announced.  We are now 3 months beyond the AGM and no more information.
