The 5mil will certainly move the price upwards...that said,,, I'm  also  ready to buy more if the agreement falls apart  and the price goes down.... your right armchair ....i've been to ely and know the history of the area...it seems everything is claimed up in that part of nevada and it has been so for some time...this project is rare in it's approach to mining...law says get lighter to stay healthier... a clean way to mine the "stuff" that makes things lighter ie; transportation...is a no brainer...i'm in for the long haul...it's in my backyard and someone will get around to digging it up and turning it it into something someday....It's a generational size depositi...we'll see...they'll be mining that stuff long after i'm gone...good luck!!!
p.s. i foresee divedends and high prices...particularly in my dreams, chuckle chuckle
