Company extended expiry date on the warrants to Aug. 31 2015
During August 2014, the Company submitted an application to the Canadian Securities Exchange to extend the expiry date of 13,075,000 common share purchase warrants that were issued, all with an exercise price of 30 cents per common share, in conjunction with a brokered and non-brokered private placement of units of the company, both completed on Aug. 31, 2012. These warrants were scheduled to expire on Aug. 31, 2014. The Company has extended the expiry date of the warrants to Aug. 31, 2015. In all other respects, the terms of the warrants will remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
