Strategic financing!

Strategic financing!I love it when some pumper says they have secured 'Strategic Financing" WTH? Some 4 cent stock, pumped to 12 cents,and someone will be left holding the bag, as always. Giving away 11% of the company, for 2 mill,  is not a winning move, in any game! lol
