No i wasnt expecting gpw to be on just saying it is interesting with the rise of chinse companies etc alibaba etc...I own some other chinese companies that have a really low PE just based upon peoples fears


I have done the same. A lot of Chinese companies have low P/E. Actually there are a lot of companies with a super low P/S but not so low P/E because they have very thin margins. Those are the ones that come off as scams because they make just enough money to keep the company afloat, but it feels like excess profits go to management's hands somehow. GPW's gross margin of 8% is actually pretty good compared to the 1-2% I often see....a percentage that NEVER gets better after years and years. Something I like about GPW is despite the business growing, salaries are going down. GPW's business looks like it's improving.

Also, not to negatively generalize Chinese companies like I have above. I would say the TSXV is even worse, where these explorers and INT types don't even make money and they still siphon a large salary.
