Questioning Share Restructuring Q1 2015
posted on Sep 18, 14 08:13AM

Hi George. Thanks for your email. The current share structure is a huge deterrent for new investors, particularly institutional investors and particularly US investors. And if Eagle Hill wants to be successful long term, it does need some institutional investors since they bring both stability and credibility to the stock. We also need US investors, since the US markets can significantly increase liquidity, which is also good for all shareholders.

While the exact terms and timing of the rollback have yet to be determined, I expect the Board will likely execute a rollback in the first half of 2015, either in conjunction with completion of the PEA or on the back of a subsequent financing to take the project to the next stage. As mentioned before, we want to do the rollback in conjunction with a significant, positive event that will underpin the share price.

Please do not hesitate to email or call with additional questions.

Best regards,

Ms. Rhylin Bailie

Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations
