In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

All drilling in the north see resulted in zero oil
nz was announced two years ago but no advancement
Nigeria is a terrorist country where the majors are leaving en masse
Liberia was to be drilled in q1 2014, ,then h1 2014 now h2 2014 looks unlikely doesnt it
enough cash in the bank for about 12 months,without the new IR and business development manager costs
have paid vendors in shares at higher than current prices
dilution has exploded over the past 24 months
warrants expired worthless on the original share issue

Seems like plenty of facts to me !
