RE:Going to zero...There is racism in your post. I don't like it nor do I agree with any type of racism.
The Charbonneau Commission is all about organized crime such as the Hell's Angels and the Mafia.
These are the protagonists and the politicians and bureaucrats are the small part of the highly intelligent and hardworking French Canadian population that is both weak kneed,stupid,corrupt and greedy.
