no one can predict what will happen specifically in the short run !!
I know the drop from 41 to 35 seems a lot, but if we come back in 6months I think it will be a totally different scenario !
concerning the delay in announcement ...... Sh*t happens.
If you are a long term investor it's an amazing thing because it gives u the opportunity to add to your position like what I did today at 0.36. 
The CEO has extensive experience in Colombia and is an asset to the company. And let's not forget that Billionaire Frank Giustra is a major shareholder and is behind management ! He says the company is on track to produce 30,000 boepd in the next two years and the stock could be a 10 bagger from here.  I truly believe that PTA will be a Billion dollar company in 12-18 months.
