After today's result one can honestly say that the immediate SP response was pretty muted. I certainly would have expected at least a 25% rise based on today's well result plus the fact that it has yet to flow at peak rate and bearing in mind that this must take us much closer to the 2000 boepd production target which some see as the the threshold to trigger buying interest.

I have always said that caza is really dependent on stringing another 10 strong results to see a rerating of its SP to reflect fundamentals but it seems to me that the market is still in two minds as to this stock.
As pointed out below ( I think by Dragoon Teeth)sult at Lennon could be the catalyst that triggers this rerating although I still think that a funding or a good refinancing deal could be the trigger.
All in all , my cautious optimism is certainly bolstered by this morning's result and like most investors here I am looking forward to the next set of drill results.

If these match those of today the next leg of the SP's rerating cannot be far away.

Ps Wondering who is selling this stock today ? Yorkville getting rid of their residue ?

Super news , Caza never cease to surprise I guess news was so good they couldn't wait to reach peak flow, so happy to have got my predicted RNS date wrong and of course a potentially higher peak rate to come. ! Its not unreasonable to expect a total of 4 good wells from Broadcaster ( 2 x Bone Spring 3; 2 x BS2). Marathon Road 2 is kicking off and MR1 paid for itself in about 3 months, and still producing 600 boed after 5 months. If Broadcaster matches MR1 it will be fantastic.

Lennox frac Oct6th is a the next biggy. The first Lennox well was puzzling and disappointing , if they get this one right it will increase flow rate and more importantly reserves substantially. Its looking good and alll on track til the end of 2014
