Glad I picked up a lot more of NX before the news.  With the financing still open there may not be a lot of upward momentum unless that PP is fully subscribed.  I hope this news leads to a quick closure of the PP.  Nav said there was good news coming.  Nice to see some positive action.   Still nearly 1M bids on the buy side.
